This Privacy Policy applies to Hachi. We respect your privacy. Our application does not require user registration and does not collect personal data automatically.

Hachi does not collect, store, or share any personal data on external servers.

The following device features may be used:

• Location (GPS) — used solely to determine the Qibla direction. Location data is never stored or transmitted.
• Notifications — used to send prayer time reminders. Notification settings are stored locally on your device only.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information you provide only to:

• Respond to your support requests
• Improve app functionality and user experience

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

3. Data Storage

All app data (settings, counters, preferences) is stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences. No data is sent to any server. Email messages sent through "Contact Us" may be stored for support purposes only.

4. Third-Party Services

Hachi uses the following third-party services:

• Aladhan API — to calculate prayer times based on your location. Only your coordinates are sent to this service. No personal data is shared.
• Quran.com API — used to load Quran texts, translations, and audio recitations. No personal data is sent to this service.
• Firebase Firestore — used only to receive messages sent via the "Contact Us" feature. No personal data is stored beyond what you voluntarily submit.

5. Subscriptions and Donations

The application offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly) via the App Store or Google Play Store. Subscribers get access to all themes, all tap sounds, unlimited custom dhikr entries, and all premium features.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings at any time.

Donations are also available and are voluntary. They do not unlock any features.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect any information you provide. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Hachi is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
