By downloading or using Nexo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
Nexo is a push-to-talk live translation app. It provides voice, text, photo, and live chat translation between languages. You may use Nexo in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your country.
You agree to use the application in a lawful and respectful manner. You are responsible for the content you capture, translate, or send through the app, and you must not use Nexo to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content or to disrupt its functionality.
Nexo includes real-time chat between users. There is zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise unlawful content, and for abusive users. By using the chat you agree not to post such content.
You can moderate the content you receive:
Reports are sent to us for review. We remove offending content and eject abusive users, typically within 24 hours, and may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Nexo if these Terms are violated or if the app is used in a manner that may harm the service, other users, or violate applicable laws.
Translations are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Nexo is provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon for critical, legal, medical, financial, or safety-related communication without independent verification.
Nexo offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly) via the App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings at any time.
Prices and subscription options may change from time to time. Any updated pricing will be displayed in the App Store or Google Play before purchase.
All content in Nexo, including its design, text, and code, is the property of the developer of Nexo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nexo is provided "as is" without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including loss of data due to app deletion or device reset, or any consequences of relying on automated translations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
